2. Use Mild Detergent & Skip Fabric Softeners
Strong detergents can break down performance fabrics, reducing their stretch and moisture-wicking abilities. Stick to a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can damage elasticity and breathability.

3. Wash in Cold Water
Cold water helps preserve color, shape, and elasticity, extending the life of your activewear. Hot water can cause shrinkage and weaken performance fibers over time.

4. Air Dry for Longevity
High heat from dryers can degrade the stretch and shape of your gear. Instead, air dry your activewear by laying it flat or hanging it in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

5. Store Properly
Keep your activewear in top shape by storing it properly. Fold or hang items in a cool, dry place. Avoid stuffing them into tight spaces, as this can stretch out the fabric.

6. Replace When Needed
Over time, activewear can lose its compression and support. If your gear feels stretched out, less supportive, or starts to show excessive wear, it’s time for a replacement.
