4. El calor de las secadoras puede degradar la elasticidad y la forma de la ropa. En su lugar, seque al aire libre su ropa deportiva colocándola plana o colgándola en un área bien ventilada. Evite la luz solar directa para evitar que se decolore.
5. Conserve su ropa deportiva en perfecto estado guardándola adecuadamente. Pliega o cuelga las prendas en un lugar fresco y seco. Evite meterlas en espacios reducidos, ya que el tejido podría estirarse.
6. Con el tiempo, la ropa deportiva puede perder su compresión y sujeción. Si su equipo se siente estirado, menos apoyo, o comienza a mostrar un desgaste excesivo, es el momento para un reemplazo.

I love this top! Im 5’5 about 155 lbs with a curvy figure. I wear a 34D my waist is 28.5 inches. I usually range from size 6-10 in dress size so I ordered a medium. I could’ve probably gotten a small for a more figure snatching fit. It fits snug and is not suffocating. It’s comfortable to workout in and it’s very light, breathable, and stretchy! The shipping was great

I honestly love this jacket for the gym. It gives your body an amazing shape without being too tight. I am a 32 DDD and I’m usually a medium- small but got a small so it would be extra tight!! That’s definitely the way to do it if you are looking for that BBL effect.
I really liked the cut of this jacket.. ive Gaines weight and now have pretty wide hips (for what I'm used too) and this made me feel "cinched" in the waist. Really flattering and I love wearing it the gym. I dont keep it on because I get too hot, but it's awesome for cold mornings and getting warmed up.

This jacket is perfect for what I wanted. Flattering and the thumb holes are a nice touch! No pockets and thin material so it does not keep you warm. But still I love the jacket!

I got a large and a medium. I am 5’5-5’6 and 155 pounds approx. I am a 34 DD and both large and medium fit me fine. I got white and black but only have pictures in the white. I prefer the medium over the large because it is more snug and just looks better on me.
