Scam

There is no reason to have a membership when purchasing apparel. It is impossible to speak with an actual employee when trying to cancel the membership( I didn’t even know I was signed up for it) I had to go through my bank. It Felt like a big scam and I will never purchase another thing through Hey Shape again.

BEWARE! They will automatically enroll you in this without your consent, and then refuse to do anything about it. I have to repeatedly reverse the charge with my credit card company because HEYSHAPE will not address this recurring issue.
