3. Wash in Cold Water
Cold water helps preserve color, shape, and elasticity, extending the life of your activewear. Hot water can cause shrinkage and weaken performance fibers over time.
4. Air Dry for Longevity
High heat from dryers can degrade the stretch and shape of your gear. Instead, air dry your activewear by laying it flat or hanging it in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
5. Store Properly
Keep your activewear in top shape by storing it properly. Fold or hang items in a cool, dry place. Avoid stuffing them into tight spaces, as this can stretch out the fabric.
6. Replace When Needed
Over time, activewear can lose its compression and support. If your gear feels stretched out, less supportive, or starts to show excessive wear, it’s time for a replacement.

I love this top! Im 5’5 about 155 lbs with a curvy figure. I wear a 34D my waist is 28.5 inches. I usually range from size 6-10 in dress size so I ordered a medium. I could’ve probably gotten a small for a more figure snatching fit. It fits snug and is not suffocating. It’s comfortable to workout in and it’s very light, breathable, and stretchy! The shipping was great

I honestly love this jacket for the gym. It gives your body an amazing shape without being too tight. I am a 32 DDD and I’m usually a medium- small but got a small so it would be extra tight!! That’s definitely the way to do it if you are looking for that BBL effect.
I really liked the cut of this jacket.. ive Gaines weight and now have pretty wide hips (for what I'm used too) and this made me feel "cinched" in the waist. Really flattering and I love wearing it the gym. I dont keep it on because I get too hot, but it's awesome for cold mornings and getting warmed up.

This jacket is perfect for what I wanted. Flattering and the thumb holes are a nice touch! No pockets and thin material so it does not keep you warm. But still I love the jacket!

I got a large and a medium. I am 5’5-5’6 and 155 pounds approx. I am a 34 DD and both large and medium fit me fine. I got white and black but only have pictures in the white. I prefer the medium over the large because it is more snug and just looks better on me.

I want to put a 5 star, but I ordered it XL because I wear a size 10-12 in some tops, so I thought this will fit good. It's really tiny and tight, it won't even zip.
